We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all our ergonomic chairs and desks. If your setup isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return for a refund within the eligibility period.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, within 49 days of delivery, and that you have the original proof of purchase.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack the Product

  Disassemble the product carefully and secure it in its original box to prevent damage during transit; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our fulfillment center inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
